Collection: Cooking Lessons

Our goal at PMC is to provide empowerment through culinary skills building. Students will learn knife handling skills, seasonings/marinades, searing and sautéing, and baking and grilling. As an added bonus, most, if not all of the recipes will be taught with a gluten-free alternative.
